PERFORMANCE AND STUDIO SESSIONS
PEFORMANCE
Whether you need a bassist for a one-off show or a full tour I can do both. I've played a multitude of live shows around the UK and have played at the following venues/events with my previous band BoatsOnTheOcean; Y Not Festival 2018 (main stage), The Bodega - Nottingham, The Spice Of Life - Soho, and The Sunflower Lounge - Birmingham.
STUDIO SESSIONS
I'm also available for writing and recording bass tracks within a studio session. Working with artists to fulfil their creative vision is an inspirational process and one in which I love to be involved in. I've written and recorded my own material in the past so understand this process well from the artists point of view.
MY GEAR
INSTRUMENTS
My instruments include two American made Fender basses, one Jazz style and one precision style. I also own an N.S design upright electric bass which is a great substitute for a double bass.
AMPS
My primary amplifier is an Ashdown Retroglide 800 which I pair with an Eden 4x10 cabinet. In smaller live venues I sometimes opt for my fender rumble (100) when I don't need as much volume.
